Responsibilities
- Develop new customers through online promotion (Google, Facebook, LinkedIn) or exhibitions, and close orders via email, phone, online communication, face-to-face meetings and trade shows
- Analyze existing markets and customers to identify potential needs
- Provide product solutions based on customer requirements
- Handle contract negotiation, signing, execution, order tracking, shipping documents, payment collection and after-sales service
- Maintain existing customers, handling inquiries, quotations and payment negotiations to complete orders
- Coordinate internal and external resources to organize and attend domestic and international exhibitions
- Complete other tasks assigned by management
Requirements
- Strong English writing and business negotiation skills
- Proven ability to develop customers independently, with overseas exhibition and customer visit experience
- Willingness to travel domestically and internationally
- Strong team spirit and organizational skills, with the ability to work independently and take on responsibilities beyond assigned duties; strong planning, organizing, coordinating, controlling and communication skills
- Experience in the chemical industry is a plus
